A few years ago we spent a pleasant day with friends and toured Bohol Island. It’s a short ferry ride from Cebu City to the ferry dock in Bohol where we were met by a friendly driver with his SUV and then we all settled by as he drove us around sightseeing. It’s a very clean and peaceful place to visit with charming old world church and lay back people. I wanted to share these few pictures with you all and if you ever get a chance do go there. Chuck
Hello Folks, Since it's Sunday afternnon and is quiet here in Danao City. Because we were broke in to over the Fourth of July and buglarized by second-story men our friends in the city hall have installed this past week a city light the covers our front at nights. This week I'm going a hire a guard who will guard our house during the nights since the back yard has no lighting to speak of. Some have suggested we install hot live wire but I'm against that. I'd to hurt someone even they were up to no good. Chuck

The world's cheapest car, the Tata Nano, at a showroom in Mumbai. The vehicle is set to hit the country's streets today, as the first customer gets the keys to a vehicle that its makers hope will transform travel for millions of Indians.
I think this car would idea here in the Philippines.
Is the Queen of England coming to our house I have to ask you! Nope is my answer. We generally have visitors come to stay here at home - at least once a month I'd say. And most are my wife's old Filipina friends from Hong Kong where she lived and worked for six years. Everytime for about one week beforehand, my wife cleans our two story home from top to bottom. You guessed it! An old friend will spend the night here with before she flies off to HK tomorrow.
What an interesting philosophical question, isn’t it? And to think they call aging a disease! Here's my thinking it was part of the cycle of life not something that you can catch or be infected with. If I lived for 1000 years and I’d be paranoid and afraid to leave my house for 900 of it. If I was going to try and live that long, I'd definitely be cracking up altogether. And besides wouldn’t that put puberty at about 150 years old?
